App constantly crashes with “Fatal Error” message – Glympse -Share your location Review

Each time the app is opened it asks for me to agree to share location, switches to the map for a second, then brings me back to the window asking to accept the app tracking location. It is a continuous loop and each time I click “accept,” it sends me a message saying “Fatal Error. If problem persists contact support...” I did, and they thanked me for reporting without providing a fix.
