Stylist was rude, can’t change tip, can’t pick or review stylists

AT1232

My stylist was rude and broke a piece of my furniture (accidentally, but still...). There’s no way to review her or ensure I don’t get her again and I can’t change her tip amount to reflect the poor service (tip is factored in to the cost and can’t be changed). Won’t be using this app again as a result

WOW! Amazing & talented make up artist. I have had makeup done professionally in the past and hands down this is the best service I have ever received! I showed a photo of the desired look and she executed to PERFECTION. I am so impressed and I'm so grateful I made this appointment. Totally worth every penny!!! ❌⭕️?? not only was her skills beyond my expectations but her personality is even better!! World class!

Once loved this service, now disappointed.

The world is loud and toxic and not all people notice the noise. When I have in -home service, I do not want them reeking of hairspray. It's a luxury to pay for Glamsquad prices and be made-up in my home or workplace. It's also a privilege for a make-up artist to go into somebody's home, and to not consider the overpowering effect of perfumes and hairspray is a shortcoming that overrides the talent of the make-up artist. When I called the office it was too short notice for them to send anyone else, so I drove myself to a local Sephora - and in greater comfort was seen right away, and had my makeup applied in time for my event. Glamsquad management claimed no fault on the part of the person who showed up smelling like hairspray, in spite of a long history I had being a happy client. I ended up having to pay Glamsquad for a job they didn't do. They got me with small print claiming that they don't guarantee someone won't show up smelling of strong chemical perfumes. I appreciated the artist went out of her way to come over that day and i would have happily tipped her for her lost job and transportation. But as a third-party agent Glamsquad should have taken responsibility for not telling their make up artists appropriate ways to show up in people's homes. i'm sure if she had been smoking cigarettes they would have sided with me, and yes chemical fumes are just as unpleasant to inhale.

Trust, just don’t. It’s a scam.

You think you may want to do something like this bc it’s seems like such an “easy” options, but trust me. This isn’t it. This app has ALL the issues. I booked an appointment, money was removed from my account, and no appointment was booked. They just took my money.

The greatest makeup artist

Saraki66

Over the years I have had my make up professionally done countless of times, but Naohmie is by far one of the best MUA i encounter. She is also a lovely person, I recommend her to anyone who wants to have a flawless makeup.

Come to Denver!

I’m in NY for a wedding and found this app. I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment and everything turned out great. I loved the convenience of scheduling and having everything done in my hotel room. I’d love to be able to do the same at home for parties and weddings in Denver, CO!
