Great experience

I had a 1:00 appointment and my hair stylist was about 15 minutes late but i was called at 12:45 to let me know about the delay. It wasn’t a big deal to me but they gave me a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience which was so nice. My stylist couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating to my needs. I’m picky with my hair and she was so great and redid the updo until I was happy. Plus the app was super easy to use. Win win.

This was an amazing experience. My makeup artist did such a beautiful job, made the process super easy and was a lovely person. I loved the natural yet stunning look she created for me. I will definitely utilize this service again. Thank you!

The hairstylist are not well trained, I have tried them out twice. Both times did the hair stylist didn’t do what I asked for even though I had pictures. They also didn’t use products and techniques appropriate to my hair type.

Short notice, beautiful blowout

I was able to call and get a blowout with about 1.45hr notice (same day). My stylist arrived a few minutes before our appt. Set up quickly and I was finished in about 40 mins. Very nice blowout and lovely experience with stylist. Grateful to have had this service in my home.

First night out after having a newborn and was excited to get my hair done, even had the babysitter come early. I have probably had my hair done less than 5 times in my life, so was excited for this. But the stylist never showed up. I called customer service twice and it went to voicemail, as I was wasting the little time I had wondering if they were about to come or if I needed to get myself ready. Very disappointing!

I made an appointment for 5:00 pm and they confirmed. At 4:19 they cancelled my appointment leaving me in a bind. Terrible!

I use Glamsquad very and have been so thrilled with my results. I use for hair make up and nails and every time I am impressed and relived with the work and the efficiency. Thank you GLAMSQUAD you guys are life savers!
