I have used numerous other apps like Glamsquad and have been consistently pleased with their service providers and most importantly Glamsquad’s customer service staff. I use Glamsquad quite frequently (especially when traveling) and have had great service wherever I’ve gone.
Love the service. Don’t love he app.

On many occasions, I’ve attempted to book an appointment on the app only for the app to shutdown. I’ve had to call in order to book an appointment or my mom has booked an appointment for me on the website on her account.

I get a blowout and my makeup done by glam squad before events and they always do a beautiful job. They are v punctual and reliable as well.

Every time I try to set an appointment with the new update the app shuts down, I restarted my phone and redownloaded the app. Other than that I love Glamsquad, the stylists are all amazing

I have been using the Glamsquad for nails and hair and absolutely love them. I’ve never had a stylist come that I have not liked, although, I’ve found my favorites. My only issue is because I live on the West Coast, if I try to make an appointment in the evening around 9pm, the app is closed, which I find frustrating. I think you have to accommodate us in California!

Had a pedicure today and it was perfect . The lady arrived on time and was very professional , had all the right equipment and I was done in 45 min . Loved it !
