If your a kid do not get this app!!!! My cousin set an appointment and we deleted it the second she did that!!! BTW: Kids don’t do this your parents will be very disappointed ????!! ONLY FOR ADULTS OR TEENS!!!! Thanks! ?

This has been the worst experience so far. The girls has no knowledge and does a really poor job. Since it is through an app that you make the booking, it is really hard to give a feedback or resolve an issue. I understand that for the amount you pay you are expecting and excellent job but I’m sorry to tell you, that will not be the case.

Do not use this app! I was completely robbed by them last Friday 2/21/2020. I booked a blowout appointment, told my stylist what I was looking for and she said not a problem. I was unaware that apparently customers are responsible for the stylist getting the job done on time. I wasn’t paying attention to the clock I knew it was taking awhile but figured the stylist would be keeping track of the time so as to not go over my appointment time. That wasn’t the case she took 2x the amount needed, didn’t tell me then made me record a video saying I agreed to the charges. I got stuck with a $180 bill which was originally supposed to be $65

They canceled on me 15 min before my appt!!!! Now I have soaking wet have and a black tie event in an hour. I have never had a company bone me this bad. Terrible.
Do not use! More often than not you will receive someone who is not worth the price.

The concept of this app is great but they don’t deliver advertised quality services. They are only receiving two stars becuase I was able to get a makeup artist last minute. The problem is that you do not get quality people. There is no rating or review system so they have no reason to do a good job. If you get Christine L. in NYC or Nassau county, cancel your appointment. She did a terrible job for my sisters sweet 16. Used the wrong foundations color. Asked her to fix and made it look worse. Terrible eye make up skills. No blending of eye shadow. She couldn’t do a winged eyeliner. I made her redo it twice and I still had to go fix it myself. She claimed to have been in make up for more than 10 years. They are not doing a good job at vetting and do not give the customers the chance to leave reviews warning others of their faults. I am sure there are some good ones but there is just no way to know. This is not an acceptable risk when you have an important event.

So I’m 57 and have had A LOT of haircuts! Paul was THE BEST ever! He made me feel very comfortable (I was apprehensive having a man in my house!) he was professional and respectful, yet by the time he left, I felt like I had made a new friend! I highly recommend Glamsquad and especially Paul G! Thank you!!!!

Glamsquad is the best service. You will never go out for a blowout again. It is so luxurious to have someone come to your home to provide this service and they are always on time. I’m very impressed with how well the follow COVID guidelines. I felt very safe.
