I love the security of the GizmoPal. I also love the GPS tracking. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. The price for the watch is super affordable and so is the monthly payment! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to invest in a smart watch or device for their children!
App doesn’t sync

Just bought a Gizmo to my son and I cannot sync the watch to the app. Every time we scan the QR code, the app shuts down. I tried via phone number, and it doesn’t work either - quite frustrating. We tried two different phones, and nothing. Better improve very very quickly.
Can’t connect to iPhone

We got this for my Daughter as a Christmas gift, she was very excited however it’s impossible to pair with any of our devices. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!

Need a way to dim the screen brightness to save battery life. If there’s a way i would like to know.

Waste of time. App crashes when activating f a watch. Utter trash software. Every product manager should be fired and every software engineer should feel deep shame.
Some new things that could be added

Gizmo is a great thing! I love everything about it. However, there are a few things I that I wish would change. - To-do list. I like the to-do list idea, but I don’t like how you have a time limit to do it. Could there be an option where you don’t have to have the goal duration, and the kids can just check it off? To me, that would be better. - The messaging aspect. I wish that if the contact is a “buddy,” they could still message. I also wish that when the kid is writing back, they could type, or have more options of things to write back. - For the contacts, I wish that the child could call the other people something else besides “Mommy,” or “Daddy.” My child calls me momma. I wish that I had a way of changing it to a different name. It is not that important, but I think it would be nice. I hope you take these things into account. If these things were changed, I would rate it to a 5 star. Thank you for reading this.

I’ll update if anything gets better, but the GizmoHub App is not compatible with the Gizmo watch. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon support for over three hours and nobody has an answer. All support groups and communities claim to be told of a beta version, but nothing works. Maybe better off going to Android where at least they support it.
Return the Watch ASAP

The app will not sync to the watch. Verizon tech support doesn't have a clue and from my research this seems to be an ongoing issue. We have tried on and IPhone X and my 11 Pro Max. Essentially this watch is a paper weight and it will returned! What a joke!
