Since the last update I get messages to my phone that the Gizmo has been turned off and cannot be turned on again through the app. This happens when the Gizmo is sitting right next to me on the charger. It has become a daily occurrence and each time I check to make sure my son has not turned it off. Today my husband and I got alerts that the Gizmo was no longer at school. It even gave an erroneous location. We were frantic!! My son finally answered and assured us he was at school. So much for peace of mind!!! Fix this!!!! 11/27/19 we got another one today and you can’t send feedback in the app to complain! The send arrow is grayed out. Very annoying and scary to get a message that he’s miles away from where he should be!!!!

The battery life of the watch is terrible and has to be recharged every night. In some cases, like the weekends, when the activity is a bit more the watch has to be charged before the end of the day. Setting quite time is almost impossible because once you set the start time and then move to set the end time the start time resets itself.... every time. If you set the end time and then move to set the start time the end time rests itself every time.

I love the Gizmo Watch ! I’m actually looking forward to up grading my daughter watch. The watch she has now she can only have 4 contacts. The contacts you add on her watch is the only contacts that can call the watch. The gps on the phone and watch works well together. It gives me her current and past location. Also if she doesn’t answer her watch It can be set up to automatically answer! I love that I got her this watch it’s a lot of things going on in this cruel world why not invest in something that would be beneficial for our children . The upgrade watch has more to it like 10 contacts, capabilities to text, you can change the band on the watch, gps, water proof, has a fitness games and etc! I recommend all parents to get the watch for their children.

The app’s GPS tracker is extremely slow. It doesn’t serve the purpose of why I bought the watch for my child. He walks home and I wanted to be able to track him while he’s walking. Even when the app is open and you force track the watch for location, it takes a good couple of minutes to update. What if there’s an emergency with my child? How am I supposed to track where he is in real time? Please improve the app and the watch.

I would say 90 percent of the time this app is working at optimal level. Sometimes it can’t reach the watch but most of the time it does. It gives me peace of mind when the kids are at activities away from me. I’ve suggested it to many moms in our neighborhood, and now many of the kids have them. They love to call each other as well!
Horrible communication

Every communication is ridiculously delayed. I’ll get an alert on iPhone about status, I’ll go into app and there’s nothing. It’ll say the watch is off, as I look at it on in my hands. Messages can be delays anywhere from hrs to days of showing up on my app. What the heck is wrong with this thing. Do I keep wasting money paying for it every month? If my kid is kidnapped maybe I’ll be notified at some point in time.

Just got this watch - will continue to test and update this review. So far the phone call, text message, and tracking features are functional. Will need to field test further. I really like the Silent mode scheduling. A must for younger children. But DEVS PLEASE Add a Dedicated Apple watch app for tracking and messaging. Please- Thanks.

Love bring in touch with my son without him having full access to the internet and other programs. The GPS trackers allows me to track him when he’s not with us which as a parent, is peace of mind

While we are able to use all functionalities... I have to re-enter my 4 digit pin every 5-10 seconds while using the app which is so time consuming and SO frustrating. I have the latest version downloaded so I’m stumped as to why I have this problem!
