I NEVER write bad reviews- I always go directly to the company first if there’s ever an issue, but I’ve exhausted my options. I initially tried the free trial, but decided not to continue with the subscription. I canceled the subscription before being charged (or at least I thought the cancellation was confirmed) only to actually be charged a full years worth a couple days later. I went directly to the company to ask for a refund, and they directed me to ask Apple. Apple said they couldn’t authorize it and that I have to go directly to company. I reached out again to Momento and NO RESPONSE. I’m very frustrated with the customer service, and if you download this app to try your FREE trial, you will probably be charged $35 and NOT be able to get your refund. So think twice before downloading.
Love the App but it isn’t compatible with Instagram

Not quite sure how to export the gifs I make in this app to Instagram — it doesn’t export correctly! but otherwise I love the edits I can make.

Must of signed up for the free trial but didn’t even use the app and forgot. Saw it charged me after that for the nearly $40 for a whole year and I didn’t even use it. Now I’m out $40 for an app I don’t use. ?

Lol if u want to make ur own gif but u dont want to buy premium or set up for a free week and then be billed after that week, it wont let i make a gif at alp. U get stuck with a popup where u have chosen the gif u want to make and u either confirm your card info with them and remind urself to cancel in 7 days or u just dont use the app.
