This app is super easy to use. I love that it automatically scans my photos and makes GIFs and animations from the similar ones. I can also make them myself by choosing specific photos. You can slow down, speed up, zoom, trim, and add a ton of other features to your GIFs, including stickers, effects, and text. I highly recommend!
Week free trial turned into yearly subscription?

I got the week free trial and it said it would end and not bill me anymore but it says I bought the yearly subscription and that’s like $40 and I don’t need it. If there is a way I could get a refund I could really use it. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or something but I’m absolutely sure I only got the week free trial. Even if I could only get half the money back I will be very grateful. If there is a way I could contact your company more directly please help me out. I really don’t need this yearly subscription and there was obviously some mistake. Thanks.

First impression, I can’t save anything to my album. I select save to UHD Gif or HD Gif and the it renders half way and, NOTHING HAPPENS! So Please can this be fixed. Again, I’m really liking this app and look forward for some kind of resolve so can can give a more proper review. I’ve already tried restarting app, restarting phone, installing, reinstalling and still, NOTHING! Please can we get a tech up in here. And please don’t suggest we should be putting our request to the feedback and suggestions real support because we want others to know what they'll be getting into, or ells it’s not a real honest review. I’ve seen so many awesome apps disappear due to lack of support and getting the credibility they deserve. So serve and get served ? Thank you

I love this app but the MAIN issue I have is that the videos are appearing blurry when you share them with others via text and in general with social media. I tried saving it multiply different ways to see if it’ll change but it’s still too blurry. Unless this changes I have no use for this app!

There are so many things to do on this app. I got this app because I was interested in making gifs and little did I know this was a perfect app to do that. I use most of the features all the time and I will love this app as long as I have this phone. I totally recommend to get it! Momento rocks!!!!!

I didn’t appreciate being auto charged without warning after the “trial period”. That should be an opt in because the $36 charge sure was a shock!!!!!! Especially for something I don’t plan to use.
