I got the app & meant to get a 1 month subscription & instead it charged me $23? I want to change it & can’t contact anyone.

Paid $50 and it can’t even edit existing gifs. There is a reason you can’t try all the features before purchasing.

Look out, they will automatically charge you without asking 23.99$ for a year subscription. They did not ask for my permission to do this. This people rob your hard earned money. I had 26 dollars left to eat. Now I guess I’ll starve to death since I have 2$ left in my bank account, thanks.

I downloaded this app to make gifs or edit them. But after selecting a photo to work on, it blocks functionality by asking me to join the trial of premium services. And there was no way around that. Nothing else worked. I was prevented from using the app unless I signed up. Why advertise a fee app? Nice try, I’ve fallen for this trick before, not again. I’m deleting this app.

I already bought something w/ this app. Now it’s asking me to pay more to use what I paid for already? Can I get a refund for what I already bought and I’ll delete the app. Nike isn’t gonna sell me a shoe, come to my house and tell me to pay more to wear the shoe. Why should this happen with an app?

Momento was great... until they decided to start charging. $60 for a license. $60!! For some gifs! Insanity. There are much better apps that will do the same thing for free, or minimal cost. If they had charged $5 then maybe, but $60??

I love the app, but Valentines Day was last week. Time to update so we can have some of the old AR backgrounds and maybe some new ones. Why even take out the old ones when adding Valentines Day AR backgrounds? I think you should just add new ones and keep the old ones too. More to choose from. Thanks for the great app!! I really do like it!
