This app wouldn’t load anything into focus and wouldn’t even give me previews or let me change anything of the video without freezing. I know it’s not my phone bc I barely have anything on it ?

You can’t offer a free app and then make using the app impossible without a subscription. You get around this by offering a free trial counting on the person who takes the trial forgetting to cancel and that’s super shady.

$35.99??!! I tried this app one time, forgot to cancel, and my bank account was billed $35.99? This is robbery. If this app can’t do my taxes there is no reason I should be charged $35.99. I hope a refund is coming.
