What's going on... – GIF Maker by Momento Review

I already bought something w/ this app. Now it’s asking me to pay more to use what I paid for already? Can I get a refund for what I already bought and I’ll delete the app. Nike isn’t gonna sell me a shoe, come to my house and tell me to pay more to wear the shoe. Why should this happen with an app?
