Frustrating app

I sign in and it tells me my info is wrong. So I try forgot my password and put my email in and it tells me they have no acc. With this email. So I try to open an account and it tells me my email is already in use. Tried it several times same result. Won't use it.

Issue with latest version of this app. According to this app, a Rewards points expire on the date that the oldest points are set to expire. For example, before upgrading, I had 46 points expiring in 10 days, 77 points expiring in 20 days, and 128 points expiring in 22 days for a total of 251 points. After upgrading the app says that I have 251 points expiring in 10 days. Giantfood.com shows the correct dates.

You can't sort the coupons by category. You can't save you log in. It doesn't work a lot of the time.

I've been logged out since updating and the signin page is blank. So...unusable.

Can we get a fix for the Apple Wallet Pass! Why is the barcode the banner picture? There needs to be a actual banner picture for giant and the barcode needs to be at the bottom like it's supposed to be!

It always gives me a problem. Today I can get in on computer can't get in on app on iPhone or IPad. Been going to Giant for decades and they have always seemed to have trouble with their digital consumer offerings. Even their scan gun in store was a bomb. That's why I go to competitors I can go on app, pick products, coupons, and it goes seamlessly at checkout. Catch up Giant!

I try to keep my grocery list on this so my husband and I can both see it, but come to find out the list is specific to the phone. Not only that, but the app keeps deleting my grocery list! Absolutely worst app I've ever had. The silver lining is being able to clip coupons and have them directly transferred to our loyalty card. Other than that, horrid app.

I don't use the app very often. However, it is asking me to update my account with my first and last name. I enter it but it will not save it. It keeps giving me some sort of error. If it is deleting other things as well, I understand everyone's frustration.

Worst app ever! The only reason to have it is to download coupons to the loyalty card. The shopping list would be a great feature if it wasn't repeatedly deleted. Just a waste of time!
