Love it, but could use an edit

I really love this app for the most part. It has helped me lose a bunch of weight and feel really strong because I've gradually worked up to being able to do something I never could've done a few weeks ago. There is one thing I would change, and one concern. I would change it so that you can set it so it actually pauses your Music or Podcasts, rather than just talking over it. Because it doesn't pause it, you can't really listen to a podcast without having to rewind it every time she speaks. The concern I have is that one of the weeks jumps ahead endurance-wise. It goes from interval running to a 20 minute straight run, back to interval running. I was able to do this, but I know that seeing a 20 minute run could really discourage other people who maybe need to build up more before they can run for that kind of time.

Thank you

An Olympic speed athlete at 15 yrs old I was born to run. Life has had a way of allowing me the excuse of interfering from time to time. This app gets me going again every time. There's no excuse. Download, get your shoes on and walk out the door.

So far app has worked very well. I give it four out of five stars, I'm only in my third week. I will be back in to get it just review after full use of the app. Enjoy everyone.

Success, and many thanks!

This app is wonderful! Claire's a perfect supportive coach for the hard work. I've never been a good runner. But this app helped me build my strength and endurance up, exactly as it was designed to do. I ran my first 5K only a couple of days ago, with Calire's voice urging me on towards the finish line, and I want to keep on running. It's a blast. Please build a 10K, 1/2 or a full marathon version for those of us who love your app. If you're just playing with the idea of achieving a 5K goal and you're a novice, or working yourself back into shape, this app will help see you through to completion. It will.

My fav 0 to 5k app.

Great app. It's the only one of its kind that gives you both a 30 and 15 second stop and start running warning. For me, this feature is indispensable. Minus one star because it's in serious need of an upgrade--no Apple Watch features. Also, week 5 jumps you up by too big of an increment. It needs to be more gradual in its approach at week 5.

Great starter program

I was coming off of 3 surgeries and had been out of running for over 6 months. This program was the perfect progression to get me back in the game.

Love it

I really enjoy this app. It's easy to use and the woman's voice is very encouraging, giving you updates along the way of how far you have to go. That really helps me.

New runner

This app was great for me as a brand new runner. It was easy enough that I didn't quit and yet challenging enough to build stamina, muscle, and endurance. I also lost a few pounds- which is a double plus for me . Wud give 5 stars but haven't been able to figure out how to measure my distance and that wud be nice to know for added motivation.
