Awesome

Love the app, it is non-intrusive and it will pause my podcasts instead of talking over them when it gives 30 and 10 second warnings.

Love almost to 5 stars

Why not 5: Even with app at front, it doesn't stop background book. Minimal coaching is still too much. Would be great to have simply "Run", "Walk", "Cool down", and "Stop". I can count. I don't need reminder that doing 1 of six runs mean I have only 5 left.

Love it.

sako!

I could barely run a block and now I'm doing 3 miles consistently.

Great app!

Wish they had other voice options. But great app!

LOVE it!

I'd really like to talk to the reviewers who gave this app one star. I would ask what they REALLY expected from a "get started" app, because in my opinion this is the best download I've obtained on my phone thus far. I HATED running. I repeat, I HATED running. This app allowed me to see the joy in running! For non-runners the thought of defeat quickly approaches as you exit your own driveway (as I used to admit). The key is building your own endurance. It's different for everyone. For some it takes more time. This app allows you to build confidence and proves you ARE capable of enjoying a refreshing jog. The voice commands are just what I need to keep going. They are encouraging and well placed. I love the fact that I can listen to my own music. Other apps don't allow that. For the people who complained about the cues interrupting your music: the cues are all of 5 seconds long. Unless you're listening to an audio book it shouldn't effect your music enjoyment. My app does pause the music if I change the setting. You can also change the setting to cue only essential changes. And for the reviewer who complained about the app progressing the length of run times too quickly for their liking: there's a very good reason why you can... 1. Repeat past runs until you are comfortable bumping to the next level. 2. Or you can also LISTEN TO THE CUES that say if you're getting fatigued to slow your pace. This app requires common sense, so if you've got it you'll love it as much as I do!!

HORRIBLE!

I bought this app and went to use it and it was gone! I re downloaded it and it wouldn't download and now I've looked and it's disappeared again! I want my money back!

Excellent start up!

I used this app three years ago to get running again. Turned out I was able to do 6 half marathons. Quit running for a while but now back at it and using this app to hit my goals. BTW I'm 50. No excuses. Use the app, drop the weight and feel better!

Get Running

This app absolutely is the best. I literally went from sitting on the couch with no activity to running a 5k at the end of the 9 weeks. I love the motivation you get as your running. I never thought I was capable but, I did it.

The app is really good

I've started this app several times. I don't think I ever made it to the end. Hopefully I will this time. I do get a notice that says the developer needs to update the app.

I've had this app for years

Rubberducky197

I love this app! I have had it for years and it always gets me back on track with my fitness. Before I tried this app, I hated running. After only a week of using it I was hooked. I absolutely love running. I have had to stop running several times do to knee injuries, weather, the holidays, etc and this app always get me back on track. I start out easy and the intensity increases each week but, because the progression is gradual, it makes running easy and enjoyable. I love discovering what my body is capable of and then going even beyond what I thought I could do. Thanks Get Running!
