I want to give zero star if I could. I ordered at 6：30. The APP showed the food should be delivered before 8：21. After 2 hours my food still not arrived. The distance between my house and the restaurant is only 4miles. I want to cancel the order. But when I called customer service they said we can't cancel your order for any reasons. I can't imagine that if it's happened in EAT24 or other APPs. So please don't try order food in this APP. You will be regret.

I ordered food and wait for two hours and then called me to tell me the restaurant closed and has to cancel my order. I still didn’t get a refund yet
Overcharged wrong order and rude Driver and customer service

Be aware, this is not GrubHub! The app is not linked to the restaurant. Chinese delivery person is extremely rude and pushy ask you to pick replacements over the phone in order to make extra money. Restaurant person does not understand their own manual even when I asked to drop the item I was charged for the wrong order. Before the food was prepared, I had asked Gesoo customer service to cancel my order but the woman refused. This is absolutely unprofessional unethical business practice!

很奇葩，提前一天点餐，选了时间，超过一小时了没送打电话问，说是送餐员才刚到餐厅，但餐厅很火要排很久队所以你要不要取消！所以是顾客点餐以后到了时间送餐员才去排队点菜还是怎样…简直无语。说退款另外补张优惠券。一个多月过去了退款没有影。再打电话才退。优惠券更是不要想了...只用过唯一一次就是这样。

做不好就不要做
在华人区看到贴的广告 下载一个用用看 结果发现 只会玩营销 不会做实际。点份外卖 最起码一个半小时才给派送 商家做好也是要等你们外送员送过来。送过来的都是冷饭。你没有送货员 做什么外卖软件

I placed an order at 7pm. Customer support called around 7:30pm to notify my order had to be cancelled because drivers are off the clock. ? Dinner time with cancelled order due to no drivers? Not to mention you charged an extra $4 than Uber Eats!
Trash app and unprofessional delivery man

This is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. The delivery man was extremely unprofessional and their customer service is trash. I’ve been waiting for 1.5hr after I made the order and after I called the customer service the delivery man just told me I need to cancel it because he didn’t want to drive to that restaurant to pick up my order. There was no sorry no apology, or even no refund. Never ever use this trash app, or you’ll regret it!!! 我18:11下了单，等了一个半小时后看派送员还在很远的地方没有要去取我的餐的样子，于是我打了客服询问，客服人员说他们帮我问一下司机。结果过了10分钟司机打来电话质问我是不是要取消订单，我说当然不是了，我只是询问大概何时可以送到。接着司机说“我也不知道 你就只能等着”。我说订单上写的是19:35-20:5之间送到的呀，那我要等到什么时候，我总不能在家什么都不做就等着外卖吧。司机说“那我也不知道 你就等着吧 我现在跟酒店下单”。我说“订单不是应该在我六点多下单的时候就飞回酒店的吗？” 司机说“不是 我现在打电话下单”。于是我又等了十分钟。结果司机给我打电话说“酒店说现在下单要等一个小时 我不想去了 订单取消了吧”。我内心真的是非常崩溃。所以我在家白白等了两个小时，什么都干不了，结果现在八点了饭还没有吃到。本来以为gesoo改革了几次会变好起来，结果现在看来还是个垃圾的不成熟的软件。他们的司机没有职业操守，深思一下，可能外送过程中的食品安全都得不到保障。垃圾软件，以后再也不会用了。我也会告诉身边的人，不要用！！
