Really??? The customer service lady said if you stay on the screen for a while, the apps still let you place order but the order won't send to the restaurant. Wth!!! Then this app is not working property! You need to fix it before you launch it! I placed the order at 1:00pm and the order was supposed to deliver before 2pm(that's what the ordering page showed), well I first time use this app, how the hell I know the page won't refresh itself. They charged my card 15% more than what I ordered and there is no order confirmation notification or anything! I called the restaurant they said they never got the order! I called gesoo customer service/support, the lady said they've been having this issue for a while but they don't know how to fix it. 這麼爛的App誰還會想要用！

跟唱歌没什么关系
我距离某家商铺大概只有4.4mile，在google map上选择路径也是。已经订了两次餐了，而今天突然距离变成了5.1mile了，然后就不能用商家5mile免运费的优惠活动了。这已经不是第一次出现了，以前有家餐馆也是，买了两次之后强行5mile以上，我有理由怀疑是后台故意这么做的。

Have been waiting for 60 minutes for a 10 minute away restaurant. I would just go to have food in order to use this app, guess I will need to wait 2 hours till I get my food .

Waited 3.5 hours for a restaurant 20 mins away (extremely inaccurate delivery time estimate). It has been this way for 5+ times that I used this app. Unfortunately this is the only app I know that delivers chinese food :( Would definitely go support it's competitor when there comes one.

订单有写备注不需要餐具 考虑到环保问题，结果还是一堆一次性餐具。 比预计送餐吃到了25分钟... 以及订单的强制小费（小费应该是自选的， 都扣了一星。 好处是很多餐厅能选择 但是估计送餐会很慢。 个人感觉：人多一起定一个餐会很划算，不然人少了就出现配送费用高于订单费用.... 整体就2-3星的软件吧 。 我早上7点下单 考虑到餐厅没开门，大概12点才接单 然后配送；迟到25分钟。 嗯 大家可以参考。

Dropping a comment before I delete this app. I was a loyal customer of Gesoo until today they literally cancelled my order while I was starving and waiting for my food to be delivered. I found out they raised all the fees and stuff when I was about to reorder it. Ohhhhh, so that's why…Plus their delivery drivers have the worst customer service I have ever seen and they charge tips before you actually get service. If you want to pay for someone dump your food in front of you and roll their eyes, download this app, you will get the most experience out of it. Normally I'm not a picky customer, but seriously you guys, you gotta know how to make business with some decency.

I ordered two bowls of curry for my parents and the following happened: 1) It did not deliver on time 2) The meat was rotten!! IT TASTES SOUR!!
