Overcharged wrong order and rude Driver and customer service – Gesoo Review

Be aware, this is not GrubHub! The app is not linked to the restaurant. Chinese delivery person is extremely rude and pushy ask you to pick replacements over the phone in order to make extra money. Restaurant person does not understand their own manual even when I asked to drop the item I was charged for the wrong order. Before the food was prepared, I had asked Gesoo customer service to cancel my order but the woman refused. This is absolutely unprofessional unethical business practice!
