Some of the items I have tried to purchase through geek, never gets shipped or out of stock. I normally shop with Wish and I thought Geek would be as good.
I ordered something in December, I won’t receive it till February 1 that’s a mighty long time

Horrible Customer Support .. No ability to actually resolve issues

I have spent the last week plus trying to get a refund on a item I ordered that did not come with all the parts. Customer support is only offered via the App ( no ability to reach a rep). 1-800-266-0172 number for support only directs you back to app. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Sometimes order an item at an awesome price and get charged for it only to have them send me a notification saying that it wasn’t processed in time and give me a refund.

Very cheep products. Most things I ordered either arrived wrong item, wrong size, broken, or never arrived at all. DON’T buy from China!! If you’re American PLEASE buy American. We really need to rebuild our country and economy. Thank you and God Bless America!
