They show things that are free, or $.50 and you purchase it, then they message you and say “ Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order.” but they don’t refund the shipping charges. Don’t waste your money/time . Ali Express is way better if you are looking for good prices.and they have no way to contact support

Wisch is an awful and very slow company to deliver. Everything is pretty much in China and the customer service is utter garbage. This is nothing more than a rename just to try to siphon more money
Poor return policy than app originally started with

I used to love this app because they had an amazing return policy which was “return your item no questions asked guarantee”. It was hassle free. My sister recently bought a drone on here for her partner and after giving it to him for the holidays the stupid thing flew away and never came back. Now it’s out of their “return window”, so she can’t get her money back. Geek is sly and quiet changed their return policy without informing its users. So much for their money back guarantee promise. Don’t use this app. It’s garbage.
