Horrible experience!

Ordered item. Never received item and their own tracking details proves it was never received. I contacted their support. They say it is beyond the 30 days to get a refund. I reply letting them know I don’t want a refund. I want the item. They come back with the same canned response. It’s beyond the 30 days and I can’t get a refund. I respond again letting them know I don’t want refund. I want the item. This has been going back and forth 5 times. It has now been 4 months and still no item received.

This is a pretty cool app I was able to a few things and I was highly impressed with quality! Shipping was fast with no hassles.
COUNTERFEIT / “Bait & Switch”

I’ve just received my first order. EVERY item is either an, obvious, counterfeit or does not have the capability to work as advertised. I’m not sure how Customs cal allow these, cheap, Chinese, knock-offs into the country. I, also, can’t believe that Apple would allow this app to exist in its store.

I’ve purchased numerous things off of this app over the years and the one time I wasn’t happy with something they made it right immediately and I would definitely recommend this to others shipping can take a little long sometimes but I do live in Hawaii so that’s kind of standard but I feel overall that for the price you can’t beat it but pay attention to the sizing of the items and customer feedback in store ratings and you shouldn’t be disappointed

At first I really liked this app I would rate it zero stars this is a rip off never recieved items and never got refunded on three separate occasions scam and rip off I’ll never order here again need to fix orders says items are delivered that were never received

This company is a ripoff. I ordered a $150 gaming chair almost a year ago and still haven’t received it. They charged my credit card after the first week, then kept sending me updates that my order is ready for delivery and will be shipped in two weeks. Well 50 weeks later I don’t have my chair, and the company tells me it’s against company policy to provide a refund since the order is “preparing for delivery.” I have no confidence I will ever get my chair or my money back. Buyer beware here...
