Horrible Customer Support .. No ability to actually resolve issues – Geek - Smarter Shopping Review

I have spent the last week plus trying to get a refund on a item I ordered that did not come with all the parts. Customer support is only offered via the App ( no ability to reach a rep). 1-800-266-0172 number for support only directs you back to app. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
