Poor return policy than app originally started with – Geek - Smarter Shopping Review

I used to love this app because they had an amazing return policy which was “return your item no questions asked guarantee”. It was hassle free. My sister recently bought a drone on here for her partner and after giving it to him for the holidays the stupid thing flew away and never came back. Now it’s out of their “return window”, so she can’t get her money back. Geek is sly and quiet changed their return policy without informing its users. So much for their money back guarantee promise. Don’t use this app. It’s garbage.
