I got this garage door opener back when it first came out and the app actually worked better then than it does now. It’s not compatible with ANYTHING Apple HomeKit, Samsung smart things I can’t even make it smart with a chamberlain hub. The app keeps logging me out which is super annoying and pointless it’s a dang garage door opener not my bank! I’m about ready to just get a new opener and be done with all this mess. Chamberlain I’m coming back!

If I could give this app a 0 I would. My husband and I have spent more than an hour trying to get it to work and it’s stayed on the loading page the whole time. We have both tried restarting our phones and the apps and still nothing. The opener itself works fine, but for a device to boast a wireless feature and not work, that’s definitely poor advertising. Update: I now can’t open the app at all as it keeps crashing. This is literally the WORST app ever. I’m so angry that I wasted my money on this and can’t even get it back. The whole point of the wireless feature was to have to actually work.

This app has great potentials esp. the camera functionality. Unfortunately, I keep getting “Response status code was unacceptable: 500” esp. when I’m not connected to wifi. Also, the garage door status if it’s close or not does not work. Main reason why I bought the camera but it’s also unreliable. I’ll change my rate to 5 stars when this gets fixed.
The worst app I’ve ever used

Anyone who has this app knows exactly what I mean! You have to login constantly and there are no options to remember your username and or use Face ID. Once logged in, it only seems to work when it wants. I literally have to click the open or close button multiple times for it to work and that’s if it decides to work at all. Same goes for the Bluetooth speaker. With today’s technology no way this app should have these type of problems. Not sure who the developer is but they should be fired. Hire me I’m positive I could do a better job and I have no clue what I’m doing.

App OK but flawed

The app can do everything I want it to do except show status of doors and by extension notifications. No problem logging in. User Interface is okay. However, I can’t get the garage door graphic on the app to show when the door is up or down. I’ve changed the sensor, put in new batteries, retraced the steps. For a brief to time I got one out of my two doors to work. Since then despite many efforts cant get the app to show the status. I have a camera in my garage so that is the way I have to check. All the other attachments, air pump, battery backup show up.

Needs an update for iOS 13 please! Won’t open so I can’t control my garage anymore. Notifications come through but I can’t use the app.
Avoid this software, avoid this product.

Barely functions as a unit. You will spend much time trying to connect something that should work seamlessly. Again, AVOID.
Locked out of my own system

Installed the garage door and all the components just fine. I then went and got my wife and 2 kids setup to be able to use the app. Everyone was phones were working correctly and life was good. I leave the house and come back and the app says incorrect login or password. I tried password recovery and it’s saying my account cant be found. The family can’t invite me so now I’m just kind of without remote access to my garage controls.
