Absolutely junk, why would you even put something out not to have it work. Worked limited i. The beginning but now totally on accessible. It will influence my future purchases

Bought a house with this setup already installed. Have been trying to connect the wi-fi hub to our network. No success. Instructions are non-existent (prior owner left us all user manuals etc); in-app troubleshooting is worthless, as is online troubleshooting and FAQ. Tried calling for support, but garage doors are not a category of product they provide phone support for. This could be a slick device if only it worked.

Please update software on garage app. The tools are amazing. I installed the garage door and it’s awesome!!! BUT PLEASE UPDATE the app so it works flawless like your tools.

Was working awesome until latest IOS update. Now it no longer works and says my garage door is disconnected. Extremely disappointed in this. Ryobi, you need to pay attention to this app.

Update Oct 20 2020 This app is useless!! I want my money back now!! Update 28 Apr 2020 The app just started working one day. Opened it up and it was working. It worked for about 3 weeks maybe. Now garage door is not connected and will not connect to wifi. Ryobi!!!!! This app is absolutely useless!!! Original review Ryobi. I am going to assume you are going to fix this update. If you are not then I want my money back now!! You have pretty much ruined the reason I spent the extra money purchasing this opener when you ruined the ability to use the app. Fix it now!!! As others have stated 1 star is too many. However, I have to at least pick one star to write this review.

Looks like the good people at Ryobi have failed us on the garage door opener. Did they stop supporting this product or drop it all together. The app was fine for the basics but is really bad for support/trouble shooting. The camera does not connect to server and to reconnect the WiFi you have delete the unit. Which means an hour of your life trying it to connect just to not recognize the 4 attachments connected to it. What a waste of money. This has brought my 5 stars to a single star. Thanks a lot Ryobi employees for giving up on us.

Works ok, a little frustrating due to it taking quite few attempts to get the gdo to connect to Wi-Fi. Definitely needs to update to ios 14 standards.

The garage door is great. However the app is a piece of trash. Crazy to me that they would have such a terrible app on a device that can be dangerous especially around kids. If Home Depot in ryobi I had to go to trial and have to defend this app they should show it with a checkbook. Just terrible absolutely terrible Home Depot should look into this.

This app is terrible and so are the ryobi garage door openers. They could be so much better but this company is only good at putting out junk
