I don’t understand how a service whose main value proposition is home delivery of games/movies doesn’t include tracking info. I’d love to know when my game is going to arrive. It’s 2020, and you’ll be dealing with a customer experience that apparently hasn’t improved since 2005.

I love playing game but after I finish them I get bored so this is great to play the whole game and fully complete and then be able to return it and then do it all over again

Why are all the good games are not available for rent. For Example, NCAA 14, All-Pro Football 2k8, Blitz The League and 2. I’m very disappointed with this. Those are the only games I want too play and want too rent out for??♂️

I got gamefly about a year ago, I ordered. a game, never came. A game subscription service is cool, but don't use this I suggest Origin premier, you get it instantly and it will actually come I will take down this rating when you FIX your app gamefly

I am new to this and the app is already not working. I can’t even sign in with Google account. I am canceling my subscription after I see how it goes with the 30 days free trial.
