The app is fine, doesn’t need to do much. The only critique there would be that the option to drag/drop titles up and down in my queue was a bit hard to see but that could have been because of my brightness and contrast settings. The service overall is excellent. I receive a new game within only a few days of sending my last one back. What more could anyone expect? Game selection and availability are very good and the price makes this an extremely good value. I’ve been a member for almost a year now without even a hint of a problem. I would strongly recommend giving it a try if you’re on the fence!

I love the service, being able to rent games and return them is awesome! I love how many games they have. The app is really buggy and laggy. It crashes all the time and the UI is funky. The mobile website is easier to use so that’s what I’ll stick with for now.
App force closes seconds after launch.

I’m able to do whatever I need to do on the actual desktop website, but for some reason the app force closes on launch EVERY TIME. The actual GameFly service is great. I just really need them to fix this app. **To reiterate** GameFly is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do for me I actually have 2K21 on the way. This is not a review on the service of GAMEFLY. The is a review on the mechanics of this dumbass app.

Literally a saving grace all year this year. Remember when Netflix sent movies this is just like that but with all the video games. They send first class games to you by mail and recently have been offering wicked deals in accessories and gently used games. They are very prompt and excellent customer friendly. I’ve been a member for over a year and its been amazing to fall in love with this service. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!
It crashes everytime I open it

The service is wonderful and I always get my games in 3 business days. But everytime I open the app it instantly crashes so I can’t order anything unless I go on the website

The concept of a “Netflix for games” is great. However, one of the biggest perks of Netflix is quick shipping. It took over two weeks for my game to get to my house after shipping—in fact, it took so long that I reported it as missing. They shipped me a second copy that took so long to ship that I had already tried the game, disliked it, and sent it back. Turns out, I *had* received the “lost” copy in the mail. It took nearly three weeks for me to receive, and I had assumed when I received it that it was the new copy. Imagine my surprise when another two weeks passed and I received the same game in the mail! A three week turnaround apparently is the normal shipping time, and something I’m certainly not interested in.
