Not Worth It – GameFly Review

I don’t understand how a service whose main value proposition is home delivery of games/movies doesn’t include tracking info. I’d love to know when my game is going to arrive. It’s 2020, and you’ll be dealing with a customer experience that apparently hasn’t improved since 2005.
