$6,500 deep and I’m weak

Since k34 and T11 a person willing to spend $10,000 can literally break the game balance and solo everything. An entire group of k26+ can’t withstand a single big wallet player. It’s not even close to balanced and it’s not like a couple hundred $$$ closes the gap. It’s literally several thousand dollars if you want to compete with a big spender which means your few hundred here or there literally gets you no where: in short, it’s a money sink with zero balance unless you’re willing to spend $1,000week to keep up. So if you don’t have deep pockets stay away. This game is fun but literally a money sink with ridiculous bugs, glitches, poor customer service and zero thought to game balance beyond “what can we do to take more money”. For example, when they added keep level 35 and the next tier or troops they added so much rally size and March size a single T11 can solo a seat of power (main objective) when it takes 3-5 strong players to fill it. In other words, they gave no thought to balance, didn’t increase defending size or a way to increase and let a power spender run over every other single player in a matter of minutes costing them hundreds of dollars in healing bills or deaths with zero chance of holding out for more than a few minutes. Horrible game, I want my $6,500 back....

Bugs & Glitches

Do yourself a favor and stay clear! This game has wonderful promise and potential but is plagued with bugs and glitches. Including your shield dropping early. It is an expensive game that charges you extra for everything but doesn’t take care of its fundamentals. It’s sad that they get away with selling such a faulty product. If I bought a car like this I’d be protected. You can send a ticket in and they will send you a tiny amount of gold to compensate your losses. It in no way covers the actual money you have lost in troops. Again, there are much better games out there! Protect yourself and your income. Stay clear of this one people. Have a good day.

Good luck building up your forces. The creators don’t care if you’re attacked over and over again by players who have over 700 million more power than you. Get ready to spend money if you want to grow.

This was an addictive pleasure when it wasn’t glitchy af. WB made a ton of money off of it so I am surprised they let it become unplayable.

Need more rally events. Keeps people active and more enjoyable—— reduce stam costs for the event Need to reduce the cost of teleports. I would increase game play and allow oeople to protect, help and move around to gather. This alone chokes the game. Smaller keeps when attacked by bigger keeps need to be handicapped in a wound capacity instead kill and losing all there troops. People quit over it and i will definitly quit over it. Let the bigger keep take resources but the smaller keep needs their troops like an automatic surrender button. To many time zones and happens when people sleep.

Customer service only helps who they want to

I have had numerous tickets and no response. Others get zeroed and they get gold to get back to where they were before they got zeroed. The customer service will only help those they choose. Even if you spend thousands they still will screw you. Don’t waste your money. Play something else period.
