WB rips off players

WB does its best to make this game unplayable without spending exorbitant funds. While it can be fun, the ability to grow one’s keep and dragon, complete research, and train/heal troops is impeded by excessive costs in resources which often need to be purchased with real money.

Worst game and customer service ever!!

I’ve been playing this game for almost year and it’s the most unstable game ever. GOT: Conquest crashes every 5 minutes and has tons of bugs that causes you to lose the resources from your in app purchase. I was upgrading my keep from 26 to 27 and the game froze and then forced closed, I lost around 300 million food by the time I got it opened. I sent a ticket and WB immediately closes, so I send two more and they close those then threaten me. If you want your money and time to go to an absolute waste and receive threats from customer service reps this is the game for you!

I played this game religiously for 6m+ and loved it but you can’t progress unless you spend tons of money. I dropped at least 1K bucks and I still wasn’t as far as players who drop that amount in a week. I made the mistake of binding my game to my personal facebook and you can’t unbind once you do that. Tried to sell which means I’d have to delete my personal facebook, instead I took the loss and just deleted the game. Will never play a game associated with WB. To even “delete” my account I had to send screenshots of purchases which was ridiculous after I had verified my account multiple times. This is one of the games I do not suggest as it will consume your life, you can’t advance unless you spend lots of money, and you don’t get notifications half the time so people pillage and take all of your resources. Just don’t play this horrible game!

I have played this game for over a year and for the most part it has been enjoyable. That was until today when they merged my kingdom with the wrong one and now everyone from the previous kingdom is a at least a year behind in development. There is no possible way of catching up without dumping a fortune in. They tried sending an apology, but that doesn’t help when all the time and effort I’ve put in is suddenly so far behind. Talking with customer support yields no results as they can not remedy the situation. Save your time and money and go play a game where the developer actually looks out for their players/customers. I wouldn’t recommend this game at all.

I’ve been playing this game for 325 days and I’m completely devastated. The developers have made it so you never stand a chance to compete with players that are willing to spend over $50k. Not only that, now they merge you with kingdoms with way more time and money invested. So now even after spending thousands of dollars on this game I am basically unable to compete on close to the same lvl I was able to. Had I had known i would never have invested into this game. Imagine buying a car, let’s say a Mustang to race against other Mustangs. Then the people that run the race decided to add Ferrari and Lamborghini to race against. Pointless to even race. I’m not the only one that feels like this. Thanks WB for killing my kingdom 397 RIP

Look at the graphics it so bad so bad look like everything was fake and I play for 5 min and I Bored so I stopping it and delete app and never play again in my life and want game to be more better make the graphics better ok

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT play this game unless you are ready and willing to drop a minimum of $10,000 into a game. To stay competitive...it’s a least $50,000-$100,000. This is not a joke, just cold hard facts. If that’s not enough to deter you, prepare for a game full of glitches. If you submit a ticket, be prepared to be told it’s not the game, it’s your phone and to just restart everything. If I could give this game zero stars, I would.
