Not even really trying to be anything but a money grab.

The game developers are cashing in on the popularity of the series by creating a game in which you can’t be a worthy adversary without spending a minimum of $1000. They regurgitate content for the most part so you’d think the gameplay would be consistent but they fail in their coding efforts often leaving the player to contend with an array of glitches which require ridiculous workarounds or hard closes and relaunches to get you back into the game with use of functions. Players will often be forced into situations where you have to spend money to protect yourself or you’ll be zeroed by bigger p2w accounts because the game doesn’t provide the items required to protect yourself. If you have money to burn consider taking a vacation or investing in something before you feed bridge troll that is WB games. It gets two stars because I’ve played worse games.

Their customer service is probably the worst that I’ve ever came across and I have been gaming for a long time they treat you like you’re just a liar I bought multiple packs and got shorted but apparently I’m wrong like I’m not sitting here looking at my items.

The amount of glitches in this game is unreal. You lose more often than you gain, because of development errors. Spend money, you better cross your fingers that you actually obtain what was offered. customer service is here and there. I’m still waiting on a response to a ticket submitted a week ago.

I find there is not enough information to help you along the way in the game and when you try to ask people in the chat room there is nothing put fighting and arguing going on I just keep trying to figure it out and there are little clicks so if your not in the click they don’t care about you

I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and I wanted to provide some feedback on what things are being said. This game has a wonderful social structure which keeps people wanting to play and invest in the game. However there are 3 things that should really be looked at to help improve the overall experience and retention of players. 1. Low level dragon feeds are unusable - can’t these be more like mats that can be upgraded for higher feeds?? 2. Trinkets are also unusable at certain points. There is no armory for them or ability to use them to craft different trinkets. What are we supposed to do with them? 3. The rewards that drop with creatures needs to be increased to help match the level of rss and materials that are needed to continue growth in the kingdom. 4. Can the food upkeep please be removed? It is the only rss that cant be saved up and there is no game impact on having it. Troops dont starve without it so why have it? 5. Access to more upgrading rss... such as gold flakes, keystones, and dragon lore amongst others. There are no caravans or ways to create these and not many opportunities in the game. The end result feels to be a blatant means to get people to spend tens of thousands to continue playing this game. There needs to be a happier medium between free and paying game play. This game has evolved so why not change the status quo? Sincerely. Madame EverNight of Westeros

I have been locked out of my account for the last FIVE days and WB has made NO attempt at all to fix this issue. I have spent a considerable amount of money and this is absolutely ridiculous. I have literally emailed them 30 times today WITH NO RESPONSE. They take forever to respond and then DO NOT FIX THE ISSUE. I’m disgusted with their customer service representatives!!
