Another wait for timers game?

VisualGamer

Why do companies keep making these? Who thinks it's fun to wait for clocks to countdown? These aren't games. They are fancy timers.

Horrible rip-off!

-DanDan008-

This game is a terrible version of OGame! The basics are exactly the same, the tutorials are almost identical, but there are some major differences that include the following: -OGame has great support, and even developers occupying planets with help online almost all of the time. -This game has virtually zero support. -OGame has a great system in place so that you can send fleets of ships up to armada sizes and conquer the galaxy. You can climb the leaderboard and be #1! -This game is impossible! Fleets get stuck and cannot be retreived, espionage crashes the game, and it is impossible to win anything. No point system, no leaderboard. Everybody loses! -OGame can be played cost-free, with some in-app purchases that are not neccessary, and you can still find their in-game currency simply by playing. -YOU MUST PAY TO PLAY THIS GAME!!!!! This game makes it impossible to advance and do anything without spending ridiculous amounts of money. I really liked FishLabs for their other games, GoF 1 and 2, but this game needs so much work!

Slow and boring

AnoarB

I changed from an initial high rating to low after playing a while. This game is really dead. Hardly anyone plays and most everyone is inactive making the game boring. Moving your stuff between planets takes a really long time, hours to days or more. You have to have at least 10-15 planets or more and keep them built up and defended if you want to be able to compete with the few people that do play. Also there is very little actual strategy. Just having better ships troops and numbers than the other guy and that's it. You can't do anything clever to counter someone who spends more money or has bigger fleets. A huge negative is they won't let you change your name after you choose it even though you have a unique identifier number. There is no reason for not allowing this and this is a fun part of many other games even if you have to pay for it. It's the main reason I stopped playing. A great aspect of the game is the home planet system. It gives you 3 planets as a home base you can retreat to in order to protect your assets or rebuild and no one can attack you there. It's also nice that you can capture other player's planets and keep the built infrastructure. Also the interface for building is nice although it loses appeal after you have to spend so much time maintaining your 15 or more planets only to lose them if you turn your back.

THE DYING CLASSIC

Hsgshahshgshs

Galaxy on Fire Alliances (GOFA) is a great and unique classic for its great graphics and rich gameplay. It is unique because of it's great gameplay, strategy, and fun that can be contained in the game, especially how there is no other game with similar concepts of gameplay are detail. I love how you can interact with other players more, have multiple planets, and have real fleets that move around the Nebula. Especially how money isn't a problem to actually be good at it. I love this game and it is great but some may wonder why is it the Dying legend? Even though it has creative gameplay and is an old game that is still running with great graphics or being killed off, it's potential has been a little ignored by Fishlabs and it requires A lot of patches and updates to fix up the many glitches and bugs. Also the game isn't getting the potential because there hasn't been an update for one year and it doesn't get a lot of new content. It also dies out on he people getting into it because most don't know about the game because of no new content or anything that makes viewers actually notice it. It also deals with the problem when players do find it and start playing, players don't really understand much about how to actually play, which means that the tutorial needs to be more visual and more understandable than currently. I know this because when I look at GG (global chat), there's always a noob who doesn't know anything and would ask the most basic stuff that players should already know. There are many things that needs to be fixed: Patches and fixes, updates on new content once in a while (the battle event crap is boring for a lot of players), new tutorial, and also having the inactive player problem fixed such as getting rid of Alliances filled with inactive senior officers and leader (takes up the tag and name for those who want it) and having it where players don't have to deal with problems that inactive players cause. Thanks for listening and I suggest that you get this game, but make sure that you delete your account if u don't want to play anymore and disband your alliance if u lead one and don't want to play. Enjoy the game and make sure you have fun.

Disappointment

Jeckzhenya

Hey, Fishlabs! You disappoint me. Your achievements in mobile gaming history are great. This game is great. GOF2 is great. GOF3 is great. But you know what's not great?! What's not great is that you deleted the great race of Midorians. This race had the most magnificent ships. Oh, thee fleets!.. My thoughts of hate are 560% considered on hate that you killed Midorians! Make them come back!
