Turn off AC by group as well as by carrier Show private bookmarks in map view Make carriers select sequentially when modifying in group mode Don't allow carrier landings to reset all changes already made to a group of carriers Make the fleet page open to fleet states instead of fleet groups.

Servers

Good game. The tech support was great but didn't give me the answer I really wanted. My friend and i were going to play on the same server. And we both realized we have two different lists of servers. So I just built up an empire and naw. I quit. I wanted to play with my friend on the same server but apparently he has a different server list. So I uninstalled it.

Cool game

Pretty cool galactic war-type game. Haven't spent a real human dollar as of yet!

Fun Game

4 stars is the highest rating from me unless I'm completely blown away in every aspect to give a 5. This game is very fun to play but has a bit of a learning curve-which is good because it means it has a lot of depth and complexity to keep full time and hard core phone gamers busy and entertained. A huge PRO is that you have 3 home systems which cannot be attacked and you can build and stage your attacks from there. This is a nice feature balanced by the fact that moving stuff from and to these planets can take time, and the more stuff you move, the more cool down time your jump gate has between your home system and vulnerable planets before you can use it again. Another cool feature is you can set your Carriers to "Avoid Combat" mode even on your vulnerable planets and load them up with all your troops and best ships if you go offline-making fleetsave unnecessary (as long as you don't mind losing the planet and come back to fight another day since you didn't lose all your stuff). A major complaint on my part is the sheer number of planets you need to control and maintain to be competitive. I have 10 or so right now but really need closer to 15-20 to really get into this. Everything on each planet maxes out at level 20 and it can get cumbersome managing them all. You can easily steal a high level planet from another player and have an instant infrastructure and tons of RSS which comes in handy when you find an inactive player when building fast. If you take from an active player be prepared to have it taken back as it is almost impossible to defend every planet to the extent needed to keep it from someone determined to get it. Also even if all your planets are close to each other, the time to move between planets is very slow but the playing field is even for everyone in this regard (farther planets take even longer of course). All in all a very strategic and fun game but I am still building my empire and have not yet had any real conflict. My server seems rather peaceful and maybe even a little dead but it's nice to grow in. I'll see how it goes once I poke a few hornets nests!

Pretty standard resource / tech / conquer MMO with pay-for-time. Real money goes a long way in this one, and I get the feeling you have to pay to keep up. The big problem for me is the clunky interface. It's hard to see what's going on. It's not clear how do you issue commands. For my time and money, there's much better games out there.

Such A Disappointment

I have been playing this game for almost three years now, and have watched it go from a uniquely fun game with a lot of potential, to a complete wasteland of a game. The game has always had bugs and room for improvements. However, in the first year the devs were constantly trying to fix the problems and expand the game with new features. The second year the updates were fewer and fewer, and now this last year that has been only one update to game play. As others have said in their reviews it is 100% a "pay to win" game which I normally don't have a huge problem with, except for when its not working right and you are not getting what you paid for. The devs seem to have moved all of their efforts to their new soon-to-be-released game (GOF3) and have left the weeds to grow here. The once thriving community of players is no more. Bottom line: If you want to have some fun building planets, ships and putting together an "alliance" you may have a little fun here. But please don not spend any money here as it would surely be a waste.
