Terrible app

Update: developer reached out with a copy and paste response that provided zero insight. Not surprised. Only downloaded app to leave review. No intention of actually using the app. Across all platforms, I have to re activate every time I login. It’s a terrible authentication process that needs removed. Let people sign into the app and leave them alone just like every other app does.
App does not work

Have had the app on my iPhone and iPad for a few weeks and it never loads. Gets stuck on the FX Fearless screen and that’s it.
Unable to sign in with my provider credentials

I launch the app then click on “ Sign Into TV Provider” and promptly get a error message (“authN authenticationFail-ure 029- 1216-000”). Using iPad with IOS 14.42.
I wish I could watch

I have cable and I connect my cable to the app so I can have full access to the shows. But majority of the time when I try to open the app, it either continues to load on the start up screen, the colorful fx fearless sign over water.. and never opens. Oooor it opens, and the words cut out every other second. Impossible to watch missing every few moments of audio. And sometimes, it opens, the then gives me an “oops, video can’t play” or something and doesn’t open the app at all. I’d say it’s to the point that I can only watch every 4th or fifth attempt :( sometimes, not every time, if I remove then redownload the app it works... I wrote customer service but no one had gotten back to me.

9 out of 10 times, app gets hung up when either opening or loading content, and needs to be manually restarted. Actually being able to play something is like hitting the lottery.

How about instead of asking us (the customer who pays for the service) to contact customer service for help fixing the app…you just update & repair the application???♂️ Totally ridiculous that you’re asking customers to take the extra step when it absolutely should be addressed on your end.?

Every time I open this app it tries to log me in with an old tv provider log in and automatically kicks me out saying I don’t have access. There is no option to log in with appropriate log in information. Just keeps going in this useless loop. Deleted the app.
Can’t watch anything

Every time I go to the app it stays frozen on the fx logo. I would like to watch some of my favorite shows on the app but I can’t. Can someone fix the problem. Please and Thank you!
