Really don't like the update

I'm not a fan of the fact that there isn't a thumbnail list of movies to look at. As it is now, it only displays two titles at a time. You have to scroll through a list one by one as it plays video clips from whatever movie/show you're passing in the list at that point. I also find the video clips to be annoying, and I'm pretty sure there is no option to turn that off. I don't really care about "seamless use across devices", I want to easily look at all the options and pick something.

I don’t know what the issue is all of a sudden, but I constantly keep getting “An error occurred” message pop up, I am hooked to my WiFi and the same constant issue. This has never been an issue for me, so I don’t know what you guys did, but it needs to be fixed. Even when I’m not on my WiFi, I get the same message. It’s very very very very annoying.

Can we please get a update for the picture to be expandable to fit the new screen of the iPhone X . Most people of the 10 million or more people who purchased this phone recently did so for the infinity screen and oled picture . But to date only 3 streaming apps have made their pictures expandable to fill the entire screen of the new iPhone X . I did check online and Apple did in fact make a website and video solely for the instructions and explanation of updating apps to the iPhone X screen available to the public and developers alike . I believe there is even a you tube video . Please help you especially have 2 apps I utilize and both updates would be greatly appreciated so that we can get our money’s worth out of this phone . And our tv carrier packages .

I’m giving it 2 stars because I loved the service when I could actually use it. Now TWC isn’t listed as one of the providers for some reason. There needs to be a good explanation for this.
