Unable to sign in with my provider credentials – FXNOW: Movies, Shows & Live TV Review

I launch the app then click on “ Sign Into TV Provider” and promptly get a error message (“authN authenticationFail-ure 029- 1216-000”). Using iPad with IOS 14.42.
