Inappropriate ads on kids content

Tried to watch Hotel Transylvania 2 with the kids, but advertising for the Hulu horror show "Helstrom" kept coming up, scaring the kids. Absolutely not acceptable. If can't sort out appropriate advertising then we're not going to use your app and put-up with your broken advertising practices.

Won’t even let me log on with my cable provider. It’s saying it’s having trouble with authentication for the app. Even with a lot of negative reviews I wanted to give it a try but this isn’t letting me do anything at all. I even deleted the app, downloaded it again but still the same problem...

Why I don’t have the option to select my tv provide,, It keeps showing me to sign in on at&t While I use xfinity

FX app has always been glitchy and troublesome; however, we’ve always been able to find a work around to make it work. Until the last week or so. Now I’m getting this error 029-1216-000 and nothing works. It won’t connect to tv provider (Directv) I sign in my fx account and can’t link my provider. I sign out of my account and try and link to provider w/o signing in my fx account and still nothing. Love the programming but you guys really need to get your app fixed. Maintain it and stay current on bug fixes etc. and if that’s too much of a hassle - pull the app. Cause all having it “available” in the App Store does is create endless frustration when your users can’t access it despite being “available.” This is REALLY not the time to drop the ball considering everyone is home and trying to use the services that they ALREADY pay for but can’t. It’s a shame cause you guys could really use this quarantine situation as an opportunity to grow your customer base and be a shining star through some of the darkness, but instead you’re crashing and burning. I’m so frustrated that, despite my love of the shows on the network, I might stop watching all together because of this nonsense. Get it together or pull the app until you decide to get it together.
Why allow live tv?

There should be an option to make it just a streaming platform instead of allowing it to stream live tv as well. It barely ever is able to start anything and gets bad video quality. Doesn’t matter whether I’m on WiFi or using my network connection which makes me think the app is just working to hard.

I have been trying for a week to watch the maze runner and every time I try it has some sort of Failure. Can you guys get your stuff together please? This is ridiculous
