There are so many things that the developers have been doing wrong, but I will only write one of the worst things that they’ve been doing. FAIRNESS: there are Elite staff that you can purchase with real money, and they have good stats over regular staff. Some people have been exploiting a glitch that lets them buy more than one of these guys. If a glitch happens, they’re supposed to fix it. Also, it is not fair to other players who do not know about the glitch or do not want to have an unfair advantage. The developers already know about the glitch because I told them, and they said that they will “no longer have the special sales”. It turns out, it is a weekly thing! Every Monday and Tuesday, the glitch works, and you can buy as many as you want, for upto $16.99. Can you guess why they still have this glitch? It’s because it gives them money. All they care about is money, and if you pay them more frequently, they even SERVE you better! They respond to your requests faster and will get back to you faster than others. Talk about fairness! I sent them an email AND a facebook message. They have not gotten back to me. BIASED SERVICE: if you pay them more, they respond to you more quickly. Our union has a player whose game glitched and gave her a couple failed patients. This cost us a few tournament points and each point is really important in order to win. Guess how long it took them to “investigate” and fix the bug: THEY STILL HAVEN’T FIXED IT! It has been over a week and they have not gotten back to the player, without any apologies for the inconveniences. There is a player in another union who is Chinese like the developers and has 9 accounts and spends a ton of his parent’s money. He has gotten a glitch on two separate occasions (two weeks ago and just a couple days ago). And guess what happened to him: THEY FIXED HIS BUG AND GAVE HIM A RESET. I really really hate the way they operate this game, with unfair treatment, blatant lies, lack of communication, and incompetency. If they keep ignoring our feedback, they will regret it in the long run. P.S. please don’t respond to this review with a copy and paste statement of: “Hi, thanks for your suggestions. we really appreciate them.” AND DO NOT DELETE THIS REVIEW AGAIN

It is a very nice game but it takes way to long get resources to progress. It’s impossible to play this game without purchases.

So I adore this game it’s fun and entertainment for such a long time but on the bottom of my screen I can’t use all of the categories!! Please fix this so I can actually play the way it’s intended to! Otherwise great game, hopefully you see this and do something about that!

Having fun keeping all my nurses and doctors working. The patients are so cute. Having fun chatting with the world and with my Union. Tournaments are great! I definitely recommend this game..

Fun but wont open anymore

My game crashed and now it wont open. I have already restarted my device. Uninstalled then reinstalled the game. Not playable anymore. ??

My hospital is gone so I stared a new one. Well, when I went to play again , the new game was lost too!!!! What’s going on???

-(update)the tournament tasks need alot more verity, all I get are a selection of emergency and challenge mode tasks... - (update)doctors and nurses keep failing to return to there assigned room. (That option IS check marked) - (update)the union chat does not show past messages in correct order, the time they were posted shows messages that are 4 minutes and 2 days old next to each other. - When you close the app, and you have enabled offline mode, you expect the game to carry on. Well every time I close the app and I have 40-50patients actively in my hospital. A few minutes later upon reopening the app, they have all vanished with no cash or credit issued. So basically the only way to get credit for all your patients is to always leave the app open until you are down to 0 otherwise they will not count. - - - More when I find them.
