Game support in this game does not exist! They answer in a week or never. Game has lots of bugs. You have to spend lots of real money to be on the top. Even though I have loved this game all those things above makes it hard to play.
Fun but confusing at times

Enjoy this game. Lot of fun. Not enough explanation on how to play. Don't know how to save patients or make them happy. There should be steps to show you how when something pops up and a patient is not happy or about to die on how to help them. The chat is good but if. You are not. High enough along then most coops don't want you, so a little more explanation would help. Like the game though.

This game reminds me of a PC game I used to play,"Theme Hospital". It has the potential to be really great but it's vagueness is ruining it. Not being able to differentiate between doctors and patients easier, how to satisfy patients, not really knowing what they need, not being able to see their needs while in the queue....too confusing. Also, The developers need better translators to write the directions.

I've enjoyed playing. I have complete control for layout and can watch flow to get best results, adding an X-ray machine, moving a doctor's office, etc. The surprise has been watching characters whose stats are lower, actually excelling for some reason. When you see a star, you start helping them along and watching their careers.
