incompetent, lying developers – Fun Hospital - Tycoon is back Review

There are so many things that the developers have been doing wrong, but I will only write one of the worst things that they’ve been doing. FAIRNESS: there are Elite staff that you can purchase with real money, and they have good stats over regular staff. Some people have been exploiting a glitch that lets them buy more than one of these guys. If a glitch happens, they’re supposed to fix it. Also, it is not fair to other players who do not know about the glitch or do not want to have an unfair advantage. The developers already know about the glitch because I told them, and they said that they will “no longer have the special sales”. It turns out, it is a weekly thing! Every Monday and Tuesday, the glitch works, and you can buy as many as you want, for upto $16.99. Can you guess why they still have this glitch? It’s because it gives them money. All they care about is money, and if you pay them more frequently, they even SERVE you better! They respond to your requests faster and will get back to you faster than others. Talk about fairness! I sent them an email AND a facebook message. They have not gotten back to me. BIASED SERVICE: if you pay them more, they respond to you more quickly. Our union has a player whose game glitched and gave her a couple failed patients. This cost us a few tournament points and each point is really important in order to win. Guess how long it took them to “investigate” and fix the bug: THEY STILL HAVEN’T FIXED IT! It has been over a week and they have not gotten back to the player, without any apologies for the inconveniences. There is a player in another union who is Chinese like the developers and has 9 accounts and spends a ton of his parent’s money. He has gotten a glitch on two separate occasions (two weeks ago and just a couple days ago). And guess what happened to him: THEY FIXED HIS BUG AND GAVE HIM A RESET. I really really hate the way they operate this game, with unfair treatment, blatant lies, lack of communication, and incompetency. If they keep ignoring our feedback, they will regret it in the long run. P.S. please don’t respond to this review with a copy and paste statement of: “Hi, thanks for your suggestions. we really appreciate them.” AND DO NOT DELETE THIS REVIEW AGAIN
