I am a big fan of TH. It is fun, but I cannot help thinking about TH. I do not like watching videos to get gems. I personally prefer buying the game to getting free games with tons of ads or click baits.

What is the obsession with needing internet connection on these games? Why aren’t the makers smart enough to know I don’t want to waste my battery or limit where I play / use data? It’s a fun game, I just wish I could play offline.

I like this game but I used up all my money so I want to reset my game.I can't find the reset button.So I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but it just continues where I uninstall.What should I do?

-(update)the tournament tasks need alot more verity, all I get are a selection of emergency and challenge mode tasks... - (update)doctors and nurses keep failing to return to there assigned room. (That option IS check marked) - When you close the app, and you have enabled offline mode, you expect the game to carry on. Well every time I close the app and I have 40-50patients actively in my hospital. A few minutes later upon reopening the app, they have all vanished with no cash or credit issued. So basically the only way to get credit for all your patients is to always leave the app open until you are down to 0 otherwise they will not count. - - - More when I find them.

I was a big fan of these hospital, and have been keeping my eyes open for an updated version I could play on a more modern interface... and here it is! Pretty close to the original, although I miss the different levels and different neighborhood challenges, and yes, even the rats... I understand why the name was changed, although it makes it harder for fans of theme hospital to find this version.

The game is fun to an extent. There are so many bugs including the screen freeze and the lack of awareness of the game. In the quests, though I might have concluded the task before it showed up to me, it counts as undone. The screen freezing is quite annoying, and it happens all the time. Quite an unprofessional made game.

That’s all it is. It’s an old fun ps1 game turned into shoddy “cartoony” animated garbage. The premise is fun, and a good idea. But it’s not THEIR idea.
