Gas Use vs Rewards

We find with fuel efficient Subaru’s we don’t go through enough gas to save more than the entry level .03 a Gallon. We also do not shop in the store so don’t add any savings there.

Great Program but iOS app need to be fixed.

My app does not show any rewards even though I get emails telling me I have gold or silver status or a certain amount off.

Linked credit cards gone. Unable to re-add using your app OR the website

I missed out on using my Shell AND T-Mobile rewards yesterday bc my linked credit cards are suddenly gone. I tried re-adding them using this app but was unable to bc you have to click on Card Type and I tried repeatedly and nothing happened when I clicked on it (even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app). Then, I tried adding them on the website (tried it on 2 different browsers) and got the error message “General error, unable to process request”. So I called the support number on your site 888-603-0473 and the representative transferred me to another support line and said to hit #8 for a live rep…except, I couldn’t bc the recording stated they’re not available on Saturdays! Why do your representatives NOT know that? Most importantly, why are the most important functions on your mobile app AND website USELESS? By choosing to only use SHELL GASOLINE for the past 10 years, I pay a premium vs buying cheaper gas so I expect a relatively decent customer experience from Shell - at the least - which is far from what’s occurred.

It says i can scan a linked card. It won’t scan. I tried to manually enter the info, it wouldn’t let me enter the card type. Lastly there is no help or support options to get help. Junk.

The Fuel Rewards program is no good, in my opinion. I wanted to use it, but it didn’t seem to work at the pump. I asked the person inside the store, and she said that it will work and not to worry. The gas was still full price, and the lady said not to worry and that the discount would be refunded. I left the gas station feeling like she lied to me and called the Fuel Rewards program number. They told me that I didn’t get the discount and that the attendant at the gas station was incorrect. They tried to make things better by giving me a bigger discount for next week, but I didn’t use it. I was cheated and am done with this Fuel Rewards App and Shell gas stations. My experience has soured my perception of Shell. I won’t be back unless it’s the only station within a long distance. I am getting way cheaper gas from elsewhere now anyhow. ? It was a waste of time…

Having some trouble logging into the App, or even finishing the “join now” section. Once I input all my info to join, or even type in my email & password, all I get is a rotating “loading” icon that just sits there for a while, and I mean a while. I have let it sit there for over 20mins. For now I’ll just keep logging on to the website to pay my CC bill. It’s not a terrible inconvenience, but it would be nice to use this app. iPhone 12PRoMax iOS 15.2.1
