Cheaping out at the worst possible time

I’ve been loyal to shell for many years, a gold customer. Suddenly they’ve gone from $.15 a gallon discounts to $.10 a gallon discounts. Right when the economy needs them to be the most rewarding ever to retain customer loyalty, they get it all wrong.

App doesn’t work - no American Airlines miles

I downloaded this app to keep my AA miles from expiring. I linked accounts and after filling up more than 5 times I checked my Fuel Rewards and AA and nothing shows. I received email receipts tied to my alt ID and the app shows now transactions. I contacted customer service over a week ago and received no response even though it estimated a 24 hour turn around. I usually use Shell but I will go elsewhere from now on after this frustration.
Failure to accept code

3 weeks in a row now that I’ve entered a discount code and all 3 times the app just sits there and loads. After waiting for an extended amount of time and trying multiple times including force-closed of the app and applying, it still fails. Even tried applying the code a few hours later with failure. So 3 weeks now the app has wasted my discount. What is the purpose of this fuel discounting app if it doesn’t process discounts?

I go to a lot of shell gas station and they don’t give me my discount at all. And the gas is very expensive. But the shell gas is very good compared to some gas stations. But I do like doing business with shell thanks.

I have not been able to get this app to work in months. Probably longer. It just spins when you log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve also tried to reset passwords. Still just spins. It never sends the verification code to try to reset.

I was promised -.15 cents per gallon after two fill ups! I have done this on two different permutations and only received.3 cents a gallon off! I’m not sure what is going on here but I’m not happy!
