Where’s the gas prices?

Used to be a great app. But 3 days ago (I had updated about to newer version about 2 weeks ago), gas prices at the surrounds Shell stations, and anywhere for that matter, won’t show to anymore. All I get is a message for EVERY gas station saying “prices not currently available”??? What’s up with that? That’s honestly the only reason I have this app and now that’s gone. Terrible. Fix this

I downloaded the app and made a purchase from Jet.com which should have qualified me for a reward. The reward never showed up in my acct. I also redeemed a reward code from T-mobile Tuesdays, and it never showed up. I sent a message to Fuel Rewards through the app concerning the missing rewards. The message disappeared with no response.

I signed up for this program through the app. I wondered why none of my rewards have been posting only to find out that apparently only transactions made selecting credit and not debit receive rewards with my linked MasterCard. Only problem is that the app doesn’t say such a thing on any of the rewards. So I have over $200 in purchases that are supposed to earn rewards that just won’t. Thanks Shell for sucking.
Not easy to use discount card

There’s 2-3 steps for you to take before you can get your discount if you press the right selection at the pump. If you get it right, it doesn’t change the pump prices until you make your payment. Hence, there’s a possibility you will not get your discount. Twice it happened to me and loosing my introductory of 10 cents per gallon. The FR instructions seem easy but not when you’re at the pump. Very poorly initiated and programmed. Better off getting my gas at the grocery pump. It straight forward...scan...price drop...then pay.

When the app has an update give us time to update, do not force the update. Instead of paying for the fuel I am sitting at the gas station waiting for the app to update. If it wasn't for the T-Mobile Tuesdays I would not have installed the app
Not so good anymore

The newest version of the app took a step backwards. I do not want to see a green check mark next to which transactions earned me a reward. I want to know how much of a reward I earned from the transaction.
