Game is fun, support is garbage – Frozen Frenzy Mania Review

The game is a lot of fun, but it lowers the volume on my phone when I switch to it. I have music and sounds turned off in the game, so this is beyond annoying. I sent in a ticket to find out how to remedy this, and they just closed it. No help at all. I’m furious. There’s a forum, but you can’t log in without a magic ID you create in the app or some nonsense. So, I take a star off for their volume-adjusting nonsense and a star off for their shoddy support.
