Update: After several months, still seeing “processing” while trying to play the game and it never goes away. Submitted a support case for on 1/26 and included evidence of the bug and Storm8 immediately sent me an email response with “closing my unresolved ticket”, stating the the following: “ Frozen Frenzy Mania | Thanks for contacting us. We have limited support services for Frozen Frenzy Mania and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience. Storm8 developers, why should I pay another dime for a game that’s barely supported?? Hard to play when “processing” never leaves the screen... Tried reinstalling the game and restarted the iPad. Still, “processing “ never goes away. Very annoying....
Too many crashes!

Love the game, but it crashes way too often. Mainly when returning from playing a video to gain extra moves. Need a fix for this!

Since the last update I have to clear more than 12 ads before I get to the home screen of the game. And even then another ad breaks through before you can actually start playing. Additionally for the last couple hundred levels or so, there’s a gummy or some other item in the middle of the screen, that doesn’t seem to be in the “grid” with the other shapes/candies and does not clear. It’s a really fun game but the ads and glitches are frustrating.

I love this game! I have played it for years. It is one of the few that I spend money on. Recently I contacted support about an issue and was told they no longer support this app. I was so sad. I will continue to play but question spending money on a game that is not supported.

I’m so happy to be able to play my game again. The crazy number of ads at startup are back down to a very reasonable 2-4 ish. The game play speed is perfectly normal and relaxing. Thanks for responding to our reviews and bringing my favorite game back to its former glory. Previous review: I agree with the other recent reviewers. This game was relaxing but now the pieces move after each move REALLY REALLY fast. It’s disturbing. Please developers, fix this fast! Also the million ads right at the beginning are pretty annoying. 3 or 4 is ok. 14 is ridiculous.

I love this game - it’s my favorite. But it doesn’t sync my progress between devices (iPhone to iPad). Also the ads at the start of the game are absolutely ridiculous!!! It’s the only game I play that does this. Also, when I come back to the game after an interruption like a text message, the game is blurred and won’t fit the screen. Sometimes the game shuts down for no reason.

Glad you saw the light. When it reached 14 ads before you could play, it was silly. Now..back to normal. Wonder who thought that was a good idea?
