Messages not working

I love this app. But when I click on the messages it doesn’t work it continues to show that it’s thinking. Need help on fixing the problem for I can check my messages

This is a bot farm to scam you out of the processing fees. You hire a “freelancer”, s/he accepts your assignment, the site charges you “processing fees”, the next day the “freelancer” cancels without any explanation. You, like an idiot, hire another one. S/he does the same thing. The site keeps the fees, saying the fees are non-refundable. I hired FIVE people like that with the same result. They ask for your phone number, then you’re swamped with the junk calls from India. This site runs by scamming you out of your money. Their fees run like 7-9 bucks. Multiply it by five and you get a pretty decent earning considering zero expense. Don’t use it.

You guys seriously need to something about the scammers on this app as a freelancer these job postings are 99% fake. I feel like they should do some type of verification that’s not email based or be required to pay a deposit because this is unfair.

This has got to be the worst app ever built in the history of app building. 0 stars As a client looking to hire freelancers for several projects, this app makes it rather difficult to fully engage with talents on this platform. Which also begs the question, if there are talents on this platform, why wouldn’t the company hire them to fix this useless app?…. Are there really talents on this platform ? … I know there are multiple web and app developers on your platform… were they the ones that built this useless app? As you can see, your poor presentation and app development can have a direct or indirect impact on talents on your platform .. IF there are talents on your platform. It is impossible to be on a desktop at all times.. this app is slow and not at all user friendly. It crashes at all times especially when attempting to view or respond to a message. What’s even worse is the desktop site itself is also slow and delayed with displaying messages. Whenever the app does decide to work and let’s say you sent an attachment to someone, it does not show you that the attachment were ever sent. It wasn’t until I went on the computer that I realized I had sent 10 attachments of thesame things. I’m pretty sure the freelancer thought there was something wrong with me. 0 stars for poorly created app.

It seems Freelancer doesn’t verify the accounts at all. So many imposters. I posted a project and a lot of freelancers offered me nice prices for their job and a lot of them were from Russia or Russian origin but none of them spoke Russian! How do I know? Because I am Russian!! I tried to speak with them but all of them declined! And some places they post from some remote villages in Russia probably still don’t have Internet Lol

This app requires you to verify your identity by taking a picture of yourself holding your ID or passport like if it was a ransom pic. Then they want you to verify your address and you to send them two utility bills with your name on it. What!!!??? All to use an app for some freelance work!? They do not have a phone number to call them. And if you don’t verify your identity you can’t click on the “contact us” button. Before I knew all of this, they gladly took my money when I created a logo contest without knowing I needed to provided all that info. I picked a logo from a designer and they wouldn’t release the funds to pay them until I “verified my identity”. Designer never got paid. I tried to delete my account, but when I would click on the button it asked to verify my identity lol. Unless your cool giving up all your info, do not use Freelancer.

The app stays frozen. Continue to ask me to login and once I do screen freezes. Very inconvenient because I have to respond to person and have to go to website
