When downloading images from providers it never shows the right image on the app, it shows unrelated inages of other projects etc... fit it guys !

Let me explain. When you first log in you will see various projects that are being offered, this idea I have no quarrel with but the fact that it’s SOO confusing to figure out if you successfully acquired the bid. Why can’t you just simply state if the job was accepted or rejected?? One of my bids appear under “ my jobs “ but there is no way to contact the person who placed the bid. I had to go and research this myself to see if I actually got the job or not? And from my research I seemingly did not get it.

Basically these guys just released a mile stone without my freelancer doing any of the work. He refuses to refund the money. They refuse to refund the money claiming that it’s their protocol that allows them to release the milestones. I asked for management involvement and was denied. This point I have no choice but to believe this company is thieves And can no longer work with them.
