The app had been working fine before the update to 5.1 but as soon as I updated I lost ALL my saved flight plans. It wen into data synchronization EVERY time the app started up. TERRIBLE update and I want to be able to revert to the previous version.
Works well. Flight Plan should be free.

I like the options on the program and the way it interfaces with the drone. I think charging for the Flight Plan program after buying the drone is disappointing.

The app at first glance is basically a giant shopping cart for Parrot products and services. No thanks I just want to fly my mini drone not spend more money on stuff that doesn't work. I can't figure how to fly this drone. Thanks for nothing Parrot.

I love this app probably the best one to come out since Pandora or Instagram LOL obviously that's just my opinion because I love flying drones helicopter whatever but this way by far is so easy and simple I feel like it's a great Way to work yourself up from the small one to the biggest one they have. Right now I'm just rocking the swat and when I got it I was kind of nervous about having to use my phone to control it a because I had never done anything like that but I've had it for a couple weeks now never had any problem in fact I think I'm about to step it up a little bit and get one with the real video camera on it But for anyone out there who is a beginner and wants to learn how to mess with drones I definitely recommend starting with something like this swat or something of that size to get used of wine because they don't fly like regular helicopters and the smaller The drone is usually less damage if you crash it or not at all windows $2000-$5000 John's I guarantee you break the first time they land the wrong way but again that's just my opinion if you read this I hope it helped A little bit at least

Wow. I can buy a drone. Name a drone. Invite friends. I canny for the life of me figure how to fly it or connect to it via iPhone to update the firmware. Maybe they assume Apple folks won't buy this piece If crap.

I love the idea of the camera but if the camera is already on why not make a live video feed from the drone?

The Parrot has spoken! What more could you ask for, a minidrone like the Airborne Night controlled by an app like Free Flight 3 via your smartphone or tablet. The interface is very user friendly no matter what skill level you are piloting at. Viewing and sharing your stats with your fellow pilots is a bonus that is sure to create local flying clubs. Free Flight 3 makes flying fun and easy even for those who are intimidated by the sport of RC flying. Kudos to the development team and keep up the good work.
