Once they integrate a dedicated iPad version of this, I’ll give it 5 stars

I think people underestimate how difficult it is to make an app of this caliber. It is absolutely beautiful and is so smooth with so much functionality. I use it everyday for all my content, especially to share, comment and approve all of my own and clients work. Frame.io and the iOS app is a must have for anyone that wants to improve their workflow 50x. Trust.

Missing key features that render the app useless

1. You can’t move videos from one project to the next. 2. You can’t version videos by dragging one on top of the other. 3. You can’t edit, revise or delete comments. These are just naming a few. Frame.IO is an amazing tool but these vital features needs to be in the app.

Hello, and welcome to my TED Talk ? I rated this app 5 stars so more people will see this review. When I first heard about this service I was thrilled. I was beyond grateful to find an application that would help save me time, get organized, and enable client’s to give feedback all in one place. Sadly after my first payment towards the “Pro Subscription” ($19/month), my profile was reset & I was sent back to a “trial” period. Therefore, I lost 10 projects worth of work - many of which already had feedback &/or requests for revision by cliental. Reached out to customer support multiple times & didn’t get anywhere. Offered to send a proof of payment & they added 3 extra days to my “trial” as if I wanted to continue with the subscription. Not one person addressed my request for a refund. An amazing alternative for $1 more per month? Vimeo Pro: $20/mo ($240/year) 3 team members included vs frame.io at $19 per person Add your logo vs frame.io which offers custom branding at $49/mo Custom end screens 1TB of storage per year / 20GB’s per week vs frame.io which offers 250GB’s of active storage / 750GB’s of archival storage per year. A pro focused app not focused on pro use cases.

Currently no iPad or landscape options for the app. Been waiting for a while, but no word on it. And the website redirects you to the app, so I had to delete it from my iPad to use the site.
